Section 01 Acceptance of Terms

Accessing tp999.click in any capacity — whether you are browsing as a visitor, registering as a new member, or actively placing bets — constitutes your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. This Agreement takes effect immediately upon your first interaction with the platform and remains in effect for the duration of your membership.

Section 02 Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account on tp999, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age — the minimum legal age for online gaming participation under applicable Philippine law.
• You are a resident of the Philippines and physically located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted.
• You are opening and using the account entirely for your own personal use — not on behalf of another person, organisation, or entity.
• You do not hold any existing tp999 account. Only one account per person is permitted; duplicate accounts will be suspended and balances forfeited.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or immediate family member of a tp999 employee, unless otherwise approved in writing by tp999 management.
• You have not been previously excluded, self-excluded, or banned from tp999 or any related gaming service.

TP999 may request identity verification documents at any time. Failure to provide accurate verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Section 03 Account Rules and Security

Each member is responsible for maintaining the security of their tp999 account. You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration and keep that information current. TP999 cannot be held liable for losses arising from your failure to secure your login credentials.

• One account per person. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts.
• Account sharing is not allowed. Your tp999 account is personal and non-transferable. You must not allow any other person to access, operate, or place bets through your account.
• Password responsibility. You are solely responsible for keeping your password confidential. TP999 staff will never ask for your password via chat, email, or any other channel. Do not share it.
• Suspicious activity. Report any unauthorised access to your account to support@tp999.click immediately. TP999 may freeze accounts pending investigation when suspicious activity is detected.
• Accurate personal details. The name on your tp999 account must match the name on your GCash, Maya, or bank account. Withdrawals to mismatched accounts may be delayed or declined.

Section 04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on tp999 are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). The platform supports the following payment channels: GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO/BPI/UnionBank online banking, Visa, and Mastercard.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit is ₱100. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account settings, though higher amounts may trigger additional verification.
• Deposits are credited to your tp999 wallet in real time for GCash, Maya, and GrabPay. Bank transfer deposits via InstaPay or PESONet may take up to 30 minutes during normal hours.
• TP999 does not charge fees on standard deposits. Third-party processing fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are not within tp999's control.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal is ₱200. Withdrawals must be requested to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible.
• GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within five minutes. Bank transfers may take up to four banking hours.
• TP999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds, or for first-time withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawals of funds derived from active bonuses are subject to the applicable wagering requirements described in Section 05.

Section 05 Bonuses and Promotions

TP999 offers various promotional incentives to members, including but not limited to: welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback credits, free bet tokens, and the Refer a Friend reward program. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms in addition to these general terms.

• Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible members who meet the specific criteria outlined in each promotion. TP999 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Wagering requirements. Most deposit-match and reload bonuses carry a rollover/wagering requirement before the bonus amount can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms.
• Referral bonuses. The ₱500 referral reward is credited only when the referred friend meets all qualifying conditions: new account, use of your referral link, and a minimum first deposit of ₱500. Referral cash rewards carry no wagering requirement.
• One bonus per promotion. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, each promotion is limited to one claim per member, per household, and per device or IP address.
• Abuse of bonuses. Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or manipulate bonus structures — including through multiple accounts, coordinated group play, or systematic low-risk strategies aimed solely at meeting wagering requirements — will result in bonus forfeiture and potential account suspension.
• Expiry. Unclaimed or unconverted bonus balances may expire after a period specified in each promotion. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Section 06 Betting Rules and Settlements

The following general betting rules apply across all gaming products on tp999, including sports betting, sabong, esports, live casino, and card games. Game-specific rules supplement these general terms.

• Bet confirmation. A bet is confirmed only once tp999's system has issued a bet confirmation and the wager has been deducted from your wallet. Unconfirmed bets due to connectivity issues are not binding on tp999.
• Odds accuracy. TP999 strives to maintain accurate odds at all times. In the event of a manifest error — where odds were clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — tp999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes.
• Live (in-play) betting. In-play bets are accepted based on real-time data feeds. TP999 is not liable for delays in data feeds caused by third-party providers. Bets placed after an event's decisive moment — even if not yet reflected in the interface — may be voided.
• Event cancellations. If an event is cancelled or abandoned before its scheduled conclusion, bets are voided and stakes refunded unless otherwise stated in the specific game rules.
• Bet settlement timing. Winning bets are settled as soon as official results are confirmed. For major tournaments, this may take several hours post-event to account for official result verification.
• Minimum and maximum stakes. Minimum bet is ₱100 per selection. Maximum stake limits vary by event, market, and account tier. TP999 may adjust stake limits at any time.

Section 07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on tp999 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or maintaining more than one account (multi-accounting).
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence to place bets or manipulate game outcomes.
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Money laundering, fraudulent deposits, or use of stolen payment credentials.
• Match-fixing, insider betting, or placing bets based on information not available to the general public.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported and are subject to reversal.
• Accessing tp999 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, using a VPN or proxy service to circumvent geographic restrictions.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other members or tp999 staff in any communication channel.

Section 08 Privacy and Data Protection

Section 09 Responsible Gaming

tp999 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire platform. We believe that gaming should be a source of entertainment, not financial hardship or personal distress. The following tools and policies are in place to support our members:

• Deposit limits. Members can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.

• Reality checks. Periodic prompts showing your session duration and net win/loss position during gameplay.

Section 10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, tp999 and its operators, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Errors in odds, prices, or results caused by data feed delays from third-party suppliers.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or downtime that are beyond tp999's reasonable control.
• Any loss of winnings resulting from your failure to comply with these terms and conditions.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain password security.
• Decisions made by you while using the platform, including voluntary wagers and any resulting financial losses.

TP999 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance and unplanned downtime may occur. We will endeavour to notify members in advance of planned maintenance windows.

Section 11 Account Termination and Suspension

Members may close their tp999 account at any time by contacting support@tp999.click. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding locked bonus funds) will be withdrawn to your registered payment method within five business days of account closure, subject to standard verification requirements.

TP999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or misleading registration information.
• Multi-accounting or other violations of the one-account-per-person rule.
• Failure to pass identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.

In cases of suspension pending investigation, tp999 may withhold account balances until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation determines no wrongdoing, account access and any withheld balance will be restored.

Section 12 Amendments to These Terms

tp999 may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and notify registered members via the email address on file or through a platform notification.

Your continued use of the platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with the revised terms, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the changes take effect.

Minor amendments — such as corrections of typographical errors, formatting adjustments, or clarifications that do not materially affect your rights — may be made without advance notice.

Section 13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
